Conditions of Sale
- Neither the seller nor the manufacturer will be liable for loss, damage or injury arising from the use of any products or service. Before using, the seller shall determine the suitability of the product or products for its intended use, and the user shall assume all responsibility and risk in connection herewith.
- All goods remain the property of the seller until payment has been received in full.
- Items returned for credit must be; unused, in original packaging and returned within 30 days of purchase at the buyer’s cost. A restocking fee of 10% will be charged on all items accepted for return. The seller reserves the right not to accept returns on Special Orders.
- Cars, engines, gearboxes, differentials and repairs must be prepaid before supply.
