Wilwood Thermlock Caliper Piston Three-Wave Washer Stainless Steel

This three-wave spring washer is designed for use inside compatible Wilwood Thermlock caliper pistons. It installs beneath the 230-7629 retaining ring, applying spring tension to help secure the internal Thermlock piston components correctly.

Manufactured from thin stainless steel, the washer combines corrosion resistance with the controlled flexibility required for its retaining function. Its three-wave profile provides a specified free height while compressing within the assembled piston.

Ideal for replacing a worn, flattened or damaged washer during brake caliper piston servicing. Correct piston compatibility and installation order should be confirmed before assembly. Supplied individually for targeted caliper repairs and rebuild work.
