Tiger Pinion Bearing Washer for Posi-Lock Nut

This genuine Tiger pinion bearing washer is designed for compatible Tiger Quick Change rear-end assemblies. It fits over the pinion shaft between the front pinion bearing and the Posi-Lock retaining nut, providing a flat seating surface as the pinion assembly is tightened.

The formed internal tab locates the washer correctly on the pinion shaft and helps prevent unwanted rotation during assembly and operation. It forms part of the Posi-Lock arrangement used to secure the pinion bearing assembly under the substantial rotational and thrust loads found in motorsport differentials.

Suitable for replacing a worn, distorted or damaged washer during rear-end servicing. Inspect the pinion nut, retainer, bearing and shaft before reassembly.
