Blind Rivet Large Flange Aluminium/Steel AS 6-8

This large flange blind rivet is designed for applications where increased clamping surface area is required. The oversized flange distributes load across a larger section of material, helping reduce the risk of pull-through when fastening thin sheet metal, fibreglass, composite panels and bodywork.

Featuring an aluminium rivet body with a steel mandrel, it provides strong and reliable fastening while remaining lightweight. The large flange design makes it particularly well suited to motorsport body panels, undertrays, ducting, interior panels and general fabrication work where additional holding strength is beneficial.

Suitable for installation using standard blind rivet tools and ideal for race car assembly, repairs and workshop fabrication.
