Clevite H-Series Lower Rod Bearing Large Journal Standard 0.001" Extra Clearance

This Clevite H-Series lower connecting-rod bearing is designed for Chevrolet small-block and GM LS engines using a standard 2.100" large-journal crankshaft.

The bearing wall is 0.0005" thinner than standard, providing 0.001" additional oil clearance across the journal without requiring an undersize crankshaft. Its narrowed profile and enlarged chamfers provide clearance for performance crankshafts with increased journal fillets.

H-Series construction features a hardened steel backing, high crush and a thin tri-metal overlay for dependable support in competition engines operating at sustained medium-to-high RPM. This bearing is uncoated and supplied individually as one lower shell for precision engine servicing and rebuild work.
