Braided Heat Shield Sleeve 1/2" (12.7mm) ID 3.7m Fibreglass Black

Aeroflow’s braided heat shield sleeve provides reliable thermal protection for hoses, cables and wiring in high-temperature or high-abrasion environments. Made from tightly woven fibreglass yarn coated in high-temp resin, this sleeve offers excellent resistance to heat, vibration and mechanical wear while remaining lightweight and flexible. It withstands continuous temperatures up to 500°C (932°F) and brief exposure up to 1100°C (2000°F), making it ideal for race cars, track vehicles and performance builds.

For best results, cut with a hot knife or soldering iron to prevent fraying, and secure with heat shrink or Aeroflow hose finishers for a clean, professional installation.
