Aeroflow’s Heatguard heat shield sleeve is designed to protect hoses, wiring and cables from intense heat and abrasion in demanding motorsport environments. Made from high-temperature fibreglass with a durable black silicone outer coating, this sleeve provides outstanding thermal insulation and mechanical protection.

Ideal for use around exhausts, turbochargers or any area exposed to radiant heat, the sleeve helps prevent heat soak, component degradation and fluid boil. It withstands continuous exposure up to 260°C and short bursts up to 1100°C. Resistant to automotive fluids and chemicals, it’s suited for professional race car builds, track vehicles, and performance applications.
