Rivet Backup Washer 3/16" Aluminium

Designed to provide additional support behind blind rivets, these 3/16" aluminium rivet washers help distribute clamping loads across a larger surface area. They are particularly useful when fastening soft, thin or brittle materials where there is a risk of the rivet pulling through under load.

Commonly used in motorsport, automotive and fabrication applications, rivet washers are ideal for fibreglass body panels, plastic components, composite materials and thin aluminium sheet. When installed on the blind side of a rivet, they increase holding strength and improve the durability of the fastening point.

Suitable for race car bodywork, interior panels, ducting, undertrays and general workshop fabrication.
